The Eagle's Killer

One of the first Martial Arts films I have seen when I was a child. John Chang searches for a master and ends up meeting Hwang Jang Lee. He sends Chang off to be a slave but escapes and befriends with Fan Siu Mung who teaches Chang how to fight. An average film but still enjoyable. It is available by Ocean Shores.

Summary: Average Kung Fu Comedy

This is a very standard, very average kung fu comedy, with little to recommend except for a great opening sequence (Wong Ching Li practicing Eagle's Claw on a Skeleton!!) and some okay fights. Interesting also, because it was an early script by Wong Jing, who also has a small role.

Summary: Cringingly stupid

A couple of okay fu-fights, and the opening sequence is just great. Hwang Jang Li is wonderfully evil, as usual.
But all this cannot make up for the dreadful and sickly sweet silliness.
