Summary: VERY GOOD

Feel 100% is a romantic comedy, and if you're expecting more than that, then don't watch it, as you might not like it.

I found this very enjoyable, and the main reason I wanted to watch it is because of Sammi Cheng, I like her music a lot, and this movie is full of her songs too! The story is basically of love between 3 different couples. Although both Sammi Cheng & Ekin Cheng played well, I actually think Gigi Leung played the best, as a sweet quiet character. Eric Kot did annoy me at times though, but played his part quite well too.

By the way, this DOES have a story that is held together at all times and not all over the place! Watch it if you like this genre!

Rating (out of 5): 4

(This rating is based on the year & genre, so don't think it's based as a comparison on new releases etc.)

Summary: I only felt 70%

The core of this movie is about Feeling 100% in love before comitting.
Well it's a comedy/romance type movie, more on the comedy than romance.
Stars Sammi cheng(Cherry), Ekin Cheng(Jerry) and Eric Kot(Lok). Sammi did a nice acting job playing Cherry. I thought Lok was pretty funny but did not like Jerry's character at all. The plot was ok but the character chemistry development was lacking. As a viewer, you would not be convinced that Jerry was fully in love with Cherry even at the end of the movie. Also, they need to lose the bathtub scenes, what was up w/ that?

so to sumarize, Feel 100% will make the viewer feel 70% satisfied. Is it worth viewing? yeah it is. Is it worth buying? if you're a Sammi Cheng fan yeah I would buy it but otherwise I'd only buy the DVD if it's under $8.

Sorry, I just didn't find this film that good. I didn't really like any of the four main characters (especially Eric Kot who specializes in annoying the hell out of me), and there was no chemistry at all. It was just a cold rehash of older films like TOM, DICK, AND HAIRY. The only good part was a brief 30-second parody of A MOMENT OF ROMANCE, which had me rolling on the floor. But it was too short to make me recommend this film.

One of the most enjoyable films of the year. Honestly, I have not enjoyed a HK film this much since God of Gamblers' Return. Maybe it's just I like the cast, maybe it's just I like the story, but this is a film I enjoyed without feeling guilty. Eric Kot is back to old form as Hui Lok, and Dior Cheng, despite of what he keeps on saying, is still following Andy Lau's footsteps. The female leads are surprisingly good. Just sit back, relax, and let the film ride.

I was quite surprised by and impressed with Sammi Cheung: she's a real, natural actress (I've admired her alto voice, if not her typically sappy song material before). And Gigi Leung accomplishes the impossible: she makes Dior look like he can act, by comparison! I guess she gets work because she is the only human who looks exactly like those saucer-eyed manga heroines. I also thought the first half of the movie was kind of fresh and witty, but then things collapsed into standard romance-denoument. I expected more from Joe Ma.

Three longtime friends support each other through variousrelationships before realizing who they truly love. Like most of this genre, this film has a strong start, but falters when the loose ends need to be tied up. However, high production values (the film does a good job of presenting an upscale image of Hong Kong), a strong performance by Sammi (she also gets to sing a few songs), and Eric's blend of goofy comic relief and sensitive acting (the same role he always plays, but he's getting pretty good at it) make for an enjoyable experience. Noodle (Dior) is something of a weak link. I was never sure why the women were falling for him in the film. Maybe it was supposed to be the hair. This is the first HK film I've seen to feature Windows 95 and the World Wide Web. The end shot suggests that this may be based on a shoujo manga serial.
