Inspector Cola (Raymond Wong) has grown up, told by his mother that he must get revenge on SP Huang Jiang (Anthony Wong) the man responsible for the death of his father, Inspector 7UP (Lau Ching-Wan), and his father's best friend, a gangster, Blind Chiu (Francis Ng). With no knowledge of who Cola is, whom now has a budding realationship with Blind Chiu's son Ray (Jordan Chan), SP Huang recruits him to join his team on the police force. Seeing how his new boss lives, Cola becomes conflicted about the man he believes murdered his father, and must figure out who SP Huang is and what really happened that night, or go along with Ray's plan of killing Huang.
