Gao Jai (Puppy) is a young man with minimal kung fu skill, who spends his time spotting wanted criminals, then finding bounty hunters, who fight the villains and claim the reward, in the hope of earning a percentage.
For reasons not apparent, Gao Jai decides to improve his martial arts skill by copying the movements of snakes, and he prepares to do battle with the baddest and most skilful villain.
