Although Bruce Le gets top billing, the main character here is Bill Louie / Lui Siu Foo. Him and Bruce fight pretty well, together and separately, but not well enough to sustain interest over the 90 minutes or so of screen time. There's treachary, double-dealing, a hidden safe and Bruce Le prancing around in a white suit, but it all gets a bit too dull some time around the half way mark.
