This is the leats funniest of the Hui brothers movies, because the dramatic elements do not mix well with the comedy and the script wasn't written well. The beginning to mid half of the movie is hilarious, with Michael Hui insulting the daughter of the muscular police chief Roy Chiao, while Ricky Hui goe sundercover, while Michael dresses in drag to catch Chan Wei Man. After that, scene sare poorly written, and the dramatic elements overtake the comedy, and when the elemnts become too dramatic, the scenes and style of the movie become too awkward and out of place in Miachel Hui's hands. Watch other Hui brothers movies instead. 2/5
