Karl Maka and Sam Hui split cars, while Karl maka bounches of car hoods, and helps Hui fight off giant robots with an army of pocket sized robotic heroes, while Yasuaki Kurata plans gold heists, while the Clint Eastwood lookalike tries to get his Cantonese Eastwood voice working, while police chief Walter Tso swallows a dog whistle and whistles his orders away! Much much more hilarious than the first part, loaded with outrageously hilarious comedic scenes and gimmicks! Karl Maka holds this movie together with great talent, he owns this movie with his hilarious scenes and his impeccable timing! The robots are cute and funny! Well paced, with well written comedic elements, perfect timing, and talent make this one of the best entries in the series so far, as I haven't seen the rest of the series yet! Highly recommended! The English subbed version is the best way to see this movie, in order to appreciate the original dialogue, which is witty and hilarious. 5/5
