This movie kept slipping to the bottom of the stack of as yet unwatched DVD's that I have. After seeing Cherrie Ying Choi-Yi in Johnnie To's Throw Down and Wong Jing's Kung Fu Mahjong 2, I was suddenly a big fan and this DVD suddenly was on top of the stack.

Wow. This film is really awful. Even Ms. Ying's glowing screen persona can't save this movie. Frankly, she seems as confused in her performance as I am as to what the heck I was watching. Louis Koo couldn't be any more annoying. Director Jingle Ma Choh-Shing started his career as a cinematographer and made some beautiful, award winning films. This is not one of them. When he directs, he needs to hire a cinematographer and concentrate on telling the story.
