This is an excellent police drama made during Seasonal Films's prime. The entire cast is great, the action, choreographed by Tony Leung, is hard edged and what we'd expect for a Seasonal Films movie at that time, the loud 80's kickboxing sound effects are used for more edge, and it stars Dick Wei. Buy it. 4/5
