When a syndicate boss tries to jockey his way into control of the HK horseracing racket, it's up to the ICAC's Carrie Ng to bust the organization -- which has snared a young jockey into having to betray his older brother. Bits of icky realism (like when they force-feed a poisoned horse through its nostril) is compromised by a slavishly predictable (but nonetheless entertaining) plot. With Tang Pin and Derek Wong.
