As a varied group of happy-go-lucky recruits go through basic training for the Royal HK Police -- from multi-generational cops to a few Asian cuties -- one of their number (Max Mok) fights off night terrors of his associations with club and knife-whielding tried goons. Romantic interest Sylvia Chow lives next door with her possessive German Shepherd. Love blossoms (that is, between Mok and Chow).
