Just basically awful. Jackie and Frankie should be ashamed.The comedy is just not funny and the action is minimal. Frankie Chan plays a movie dubber who can read lips. He reads the lips of some bad guy and uncovers a plot. The plot of this movie is so disjointed. (if you want to see frankie chan kick some butt, watch burning ambition). AVOID READ LIPS AT ALL COST.
