Lan Kwai Fong (2011)

Summary: Lovely ladies and not much else...
Lan Kwai Fong is basically a showcase for some beautiful young actresses and hip young men built around a flimsy but somewhat effective plot. The subplots revolve around the relationships, sometimes one night and sometimes longer, that arise from the clubs in the popular Lan Kwai Fong district of Hong Kong. Jennifer (Shiga Lin) and Steven (Chen Zin-Ming) are off and on, as Steven is clearly a player being influenced by his lothario friends and boss (Jun Kung). Jeana (Jeana Ho) is looking for love with a slick club regular Jacky (Jason Chan), and Cat (Dada Chan) is a known one-night stander who sucks a relatively shy Sean (Gregory Wong) into her web.
This isn’t much more than a good time waster as you won’t leave with much other than an appreciation for the partying prowess of Hong Kong youth. None of the characters are very sympathetic and the outcomes are predictable. Interestingly enough, the 11th episode of season 30 of the Amazing Race basically takes place in Lan Kwai Fong, and you can see a lot of the locations in the movie. Personally, doesn’t look like the best place to visit unless you plan on being extremely drunk the whole time.
