Does this plot description sounds promising ? Yep. Does it deliver ? Well, substantially ....... no.
Like many HK cheapies, this one has a great opening scene and closing scene, but the main bit in the middle is pretty dull.
The Cat III rating is there only for the opening scene, and then only because Billy Chow flashes his butt whilst screwing Mimi. The most Ellen shows is a very brief behind topless shot. Tsk tsk.
Fans of Billy Chow will probably like it, as I cannot recall another film where Billy is on screen for so much of one film.
All in all, disappointing and below average.
