Leung Ka-Fai is a cop who pressures floozy Rosamund Kwan intogoing undercover to entrap drug kingpin Michael Wong. But, it turns out that Michael is a pretty nice guy, while Leung Ka-Fai is a jerk. Now Rosamund is stuck in the middle of a sticky situation, not to mention a love triangle. For some reason, the makers of this film thought that perennial set decoration Rosamund Kwan could carry the most critical role in this movie. What's even more surprising is that she actually manages to pull it off. However, even she can not save a lifeless script.
