A kind-of cheap take on Naked Killer, this one could truthfully be titled "Battle of the Sexes". There are several scenes where the female gang engages the all-male baddies in full-on violent combat. Girls with guns, fu fighting, macho both male and female.
A fair bit of action, but I just couldn't get into this one. I'm normally a sucker for this sort of stuff. That is, tough gang who defend the underdogs (who, in this case, are women). The direction is very lax, and I think this is the main problem. For instance, the first dialogue between Ken Tong and the two women looks like a short radio morality play with pictures added, and really achieves nothing, for its nearly seven minutes screen time.
As ever, the climactic fight scene is a ripper. But it's too much to wait too long for
