Winner Takes All (2000)

Summary: I have to agree with Ryan.
The movie is pretty retro. Cheesy synth score, Karl Maka overacting like crazy, and all manner of farcical nonsense... However, I'm a sucker for con men, the last half hour or so has more plot twists than I can count, and Joey Yung's extremely cartoonish performance really worked for me somehow. How I can justify that when I trash Hsu Chi for doing essentially the same thing is beyond me. Anyway, certainly an outdated movie for 2000; just pretend it's a forgotten flick from 1990 and you'll find it watchable enough.
