On the technical side, this movie is executed very well. The canted angles and eerie lighting are well rendered, leading us down spooky streets and corridors, promising the viewer something scary is about to happen. Unfortunately it's an unfullfilled promise as most of the horror is predictable. As with all anthology movies, some stories are better than others. TDDUL is no exeption to the rule. The first story, while having it's very funny moments, falls flat with a lame payoff. The second story is standard fare. The last story isn't really scary, but it is well acted. 6/10
