Action movie attempting to reach international levels, which fell on its face. Shot in Hong Kong and Canada with a lot of English dialog, Ray Lui in a usual hero role. Cop arrests someone, later comes back to kidnap his family, cop goes after criminal again, same old story with nothing much going for it.
