Lucky Star (1989)

Summary: Terrible
Well, considering the budget was probably only a couple hundred Hong Kong dollars, it's no surprised how the final article looks onscreen.

Max Mok plays a man who returns from Japan in order to search for his long lost mother in Hong Kong. He meets Simon Yam & Dicky Cheung, who agree to help him. But whilst they do so, they start doing robberies together, for no apparent reason! The crime wave continues as they start getting mixed with up triads. THE END!
Don’t expect more than that in this terribly poor production. Poor plot, no story whatsoever, stupid jokes (including a very cheap rape scene where the victim is throwing up!) and though the action in okay at times that still doesn’t help this film get a higher rating than what I have given.
