a kung fu comedy starring some guy whose name I do not know. Fu Sheng is in about 1/5 of the movie - no kung fu for him. It's mostly very light comedy, with about 2 seconds of really funny stuff. Wang Lung Wei does do some good kung fu, and Wong Jing has a pleasant scene as Mr. Blinky. Overall not too bad.
