After having been sexually aroused and then humiliated by a womanwho was breast-feeding her baby while he was a child, a young man named Chen Siu-hsiong (Lawrence Ng) will go on a wild murder spree where he will kill every woman that he see breast-feeding her child in public. Not very good shocker who suffer of a very lame script. Lawrence Ng who I usually like, does here a very uneven performance. His portraying of Chen is too carricatural and he does to much mugging for no reason, but he is pretty good in his prison's scenes. As I said earlier the plot is very far-fetched which make the film more laughable than anything else. The only good scene occur when Chen's father find out that his son is a serial killer but the rest of the movie is no more that whatchable. I must say that it would have been a more entertaining flick if the HK censorship had been more kind (the cuts are obvious). If you want to enjoy a Category III film for the wrongs reasons I would recommend RED TO KILL instead.
