No doubt it's a good example of a Shaws Swordplay, and is very similar to modern stuff like Swordsman 2, but this film didn't do it for me. I think the fantasy stuff, while excellently done for the time does look a little silly now. The ending was too much as well. Better than Come Drink with Me but not as delicately made as a Chor Yuen movie.
