Some movies should be allowed to fade from memory and lost forever in time. "Xanda" is one of those movies. Produced by Tsui Hark, who has seen better days, and directed by Marco Mak (doesn't even come close to the work he did in "Colour of the Truth"), "Xanda" is an ugly looking movie with a really awful script. "Xanda" is a low budget feature, and it certainly does show, about a guy who wants to compete in a martial arts tournament.

Save your time and money. Let us hope and pray that Tsui Hark still has one or two more movies in him worth watching. If "Xanda" is an indication of Hark's continued decline, then we will all mourn the loss of entertainment from this once great talent.
