This flick is about the story of a couple juvenile delinquent brothers named Paul (Andy Lau) and De (Yim Chau Wa) and their Police cop father, Larry (Yueh Hua). Paul, De, and their hoodlum buddies always seem to be in fights, disco dancing, and participating in vandalism. Paul and De seem to always get caught and in the end their Pops smacks them around to teach them a lesson—a lesson that they never seem to learn. Eventually, Poppa Larry decides to send the boys away to Taiwan to stay with their Mother as a way of sending the boys a “wake-up” message but the boys decide to have the last laugh as they decide to vandalize a supermarket to the extreme. In the melee, De is killed by an aggressive cop named King Kong (Lau Kwok Shing) and Paul is caught and placed in the slammer. Once Paul gets out of jail, he decides to rekindle his relationship with a refugee (Lau Mei Gwan) but that cop named King Kong keeps making things difficult for him and his love thus causing Paul to go over the edge in his mission to get even with King Kong.
