The Lady Hermit (1971)

Cheng Pei Pei plays the title character known as Chung Kuei. For three years, Chung Kuei has gone incognito as a servant at an inn named Leng Yu Hsiang to recuperate from her wounds from the villainous Black Demon (Wang Hsieh) and his infamous “Shadowless Claw”. A young lass named Tsui Ping (Shih Szu) shows up in town searching for her idol, Chung Kuei, in order to become her student plays a hand in exposing her identity to the Black Demon’s followers. Soon Chung Kuei and her new student are on the run, but unfortunately, later after some teacher-student moments, Tsui Ping throws a hissy fit over her Sifu’s relationship with her so-called love interest, Chang Chun (Lo Lieh). Tsui Ping then decides to show her Sifu and Chang Chun a thing or two by going to the Black Demon’s lair to kill him alone. Fortunately for her, Chung Kuei and Chang Chun arrive in time to save the day and stop the Black Demon from a victory celebration.
