i wish someone could help me with this. i only know the soundtrack of the movie, which is "Chiu Kan Tang Bue Bo" (i hope i got that right). i need the title of the movie, in English or in Mandarin or in any language.
the movie is about a mute old man who found a baby in a trash can. he raised the baby and the baby became a singer, then her hit is "Chiu Kan Tang Bue Bo".
