Wow. Really points up what a colossal waste of time this event was. Not that most Hollywood-style awards ceremonies aren't collossal wastes of time, but when you start pigeon-holing them along ethnic lines, it's amazing how many people could could really care less about "excellence" of any kind, let alone bother to read the list of (largely irrelevant) nominess before they walked the red carpet! Kinda sad . . .

And is it just me, or does Quentin Tarantino resemble that "Madame" puppet from the 1970's the more he ages?
