I found an english title in a HK newspaper ad:

Nobody Always Wins

The current title "Lovers Betrayed" sounds like a failed literal title. My Chinese skills are limited, but I would translate it as "Those who sell their love", something like that. The movie song lyrics are also about people who sell their love.

If nobody finds a source with this title, I will replace it with the newspaper title in the next 2-3 weeks.
