Dark Heroine Muk Lan Fa

I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to Todd Stadtman's fantastic review of the Dark Heroine Muk Lan Fa[/URL] series. I can only excitedly concur with what Todd has eloquently written about these films. We are both on a mission now to spread the word about Suet Nei!

Do check out the rest of his site. Todd has also written a couple of reviews for my Connie Chan fansite:

Caught your link to this site via your post at Mobius. Many thanks! There's a great review of Asia-Pol there as well. Here's hoping he keeps up with the Hong Kong stuff! :D

Me too, Brian! I'm doing my best to get him to review some more Connie Chan films.

Folks in Hong Kong with an interest in the Jane Bond films might also want to check these Hong Kong Film Archive screenings out. Oh, to see this stuff on the big screen . . . :

Believe me, I seriously considered going to HK for a long weekend to see some of these, but it would have been a little frivolous since I've already got a trip to Vietnam planned for next month.
