Bruce Le Not really confirmed, but this seems to be Bruce Le holding the GB edition of the poster magazine "Kung Fu Monthly" (issue #3) in his hands in 1974! It is not impossible that author Felix Dennis met him before Bruce Le shot his first imitator movie and was still with Shaw Brothers. – This shot was used for advertising the magazine.
