Reviewed by: spinali Date: 12/08/1999 Summary: NULL In Amsterdam's criminal underground, power is balancedbetween an Italian/Turkish alliance and splintered Asian groups; but, Billy Drago and his Turkish pal "Ahmed" want to wipe out the oriental competition once and for all. And when a Rastafarian undercover cop named "Rasta" gets info on a huge opium shipment, everybody shows up at the docks for vengeance, money, or justice. Upscale production values make this seem more American than most other HK features, with exotic locations (Amsterdam, Singapore and Paris) and an exciting soundtrack to round out a solid crime thriller.
