Low-budget period piece that intends to cross Forbidden City Cop with Sex and Zen, without being quite as funny or imaginative. Armed with the country's only fountain pen, secret agent Ling Ling Ling (000 -- played by Tsui Kam-Kong) is sent to investigate Little Universe, a whorehouse suspected of using aphrodesiacs to keep clients, er. coming. Under the guise of a scholar, and protected by a chastity belt made by his wife (which, disturbingly, has sharp metal teeth that clamp around his dick whenever he's arounsed, and no poop-chute), peeps at the girls with his hunchback lecher friend. Most of the scenes they, and we, watch are basic Category III softcore, much of it multipositional. But when the two main girls give him the aphrodesiac, his boner-strength breaks his belt's metal latch, leading to a situation what would surely trouble his jealous wife. Most of the movie is watchable without being really funny; instead, enjoy this for its demonstration of Oriental pleasure techniques, the babes, and...um, well, there's actually not much more reason for seeing this.
