We find Leng Feng on a ship under attack by pirates, off the east coast of Africa (quite topical). Leng leaps into the water and subdues them. He has landed in Africa after dealing a little too harshly with an impatient property developer, who could not wait for the ashes of a fallen soldier to return to his grieving family. This momentary lapse lands Leng in jail. His fiancée is kidnapped and killed while Leng is in jail, and he swears revenge. Upon release, he sets out to find the killer in Africa.
Civil war gets in the way of the search. The body count escalates as Leng tries to keep Chinese locals and African friends safe.
Don't run off as soon as the credits roll. After the support actors, a preview of part 3 follows. Then as the credits continue, Jing rolls out the funny out-takes.
