Sau Yan is a young guy who cannot get a girl, and no surprise, because he is pointedly rude to any female whose attention he attracts. But there's one girl who loves him, but he can't stand her. Li LuMy is an unattractive girl whom her father, Li Chun Foon, expects he'll never unload. But events might just bring them together.
Meanwhile, the titular character (Evil Girl Piao Hung) has been doing battle with the leather-clad wizard Miu in Bangkok. Evil Girl will become immortal when she has sucked the sperm from 100 virgin men born in the tenth month.
