Summary
A private detective informs Officer Pang that his wife is having an affair with Cheung Kai-kwong, Deputy Commissioner of West Kowloon. Pangs new case is the homicide of high-class prostitute Wyman, found with 19 cuts to her body in the Paramount Motel. Her boyfriend Ho, a triad gangster on the run, is the obvious suspect, but Pang has his suspicions. For a start, Li Yuk-hing, the license-holder of the motel is a little too cool under questioning and turns out to be the ex-wife of Master Sun, an untouchable businessman. When evidence conveniently falls into Pangs lap that connects Cheung Kai-kwong to the victim and recently deceased Ho, Pang has to decide which is most important, finding the truth or closing the case...
