One of the challenges of Truth or Dare is coming up with awful punishments for those to don't accept their dare. In the movie, and I'm not giving anything away, the punishment was to eat an old woman's excrement. I think a far harsher penalty would have been to make the residents of the flat watch this movie.

As far as the two leading actresses giving strong performances, overboard mugging that would make Charlene Choi blush (Candy Lo) and simply looking cute (Karena Lam) don't qualify.
