Kung Fu Executioner (1981)

Summary: Double dealing and revenge
Yet another case of only-watchable-for-the-fights. The fu fighting is pretty good in the first half, grading to excellent in the second. There's a large section in the middle which drags on forever and contains lots of smouldering and threats but is of no real interest or importance to the story, despite there being quite a lot going on.

Carl Scott, given top billing, is really a guest star, and keeps up with the best of them when the fighting breaks out. Billy Chong is suitably righteous, and Chan Sing suitably evil. Lan Yu Li plays a venomous evil woman and contributes a full frontal shower scene as well.

Overall, worth watching. If the long middle had been handed better, I'd have given a higher rating.
