well, it's directed by lau kar wing, stars andy lau, ken tong, alan tam, norman chu, max mok, kara hui and kent cheng amongst others, but the film never really inspires and serves only as a reasonably distracting 90 minutes.

the boss of four major triad families is going straight, but one of the other bosses is getting involved in smuggling heroin and a war breaks out between the families. there's a pretty good funeral massacre, but that's probably the highlight of the film.

watchable, but never much more...
