Hearts No Flowers (1989)

Summary: NULL
This movie amounts to a long, aching tease. Maggie Cheung slinks around all starry-eyed in revealing dresses, draping herself around her boyfriend (Kenny B); gorgeous Irene Wan is sexy enough to make you give up on the competition (until you see Maggie again); and I'm not anywhere near finished with the cast yet. Anyway, it's the story (story? what story?) of three department store girls and their loves interposed with Maggie's high-rent romance with a handsome architect. The movie looks nice (so do the girls), but frequently it means trouble when HK product takes itself too seriously.
