My Wacky, Wacky World (1975)

Summary: Fast-forward to Sammo.
A wily and corrupt Magistrate (played by James Wong Jim) is toppled from power, when he falls for a young prostitute in this banal period comedy. As the thin story progresses, we witness double-cross after double-cross, and with little to like in the main characters, My Wacky, Wacky World is one of those films where you find yourself struggling to care where all these twists will end up.

Despite a reasonable cast, featuring (a below par) Dean Shek, and brief appearances by Sammo Hung, James Tien, and Jimmy Wang Yu, there is little to keep you amused or entertained here. Needless to say, the 'wackiness' of the finale, including a sloppy Kung Fu scuffle (look out for Yuen Wah as a court guard), and some famous faces only slightly redeemed this film as a poor effort.
