Summary: Like the premise but it couldnt sustain the intencty
MAD or Miscellanous affairs department deal with unexplained incidents, the first rule is THERE are no ghosts in the WORLD

Shawn Yu and Ekin Cheng run this department and they attend to calls to the police which are out of the ordinary. Shawn Yu finds out that rule number 1 is not true..........Shawn joins this department after being in a coma after being shot 5 times by a serial killer, he survives by unexplained circumstances

Half the movie is Shawn Yu discovering that he is can see things that others cant and learns from Ekin what has to be done. This self discovery comes out as a shock to Shawn and he slowly accepts what there department does.

The 2nd half leads to mysterious suicides in which Shawn somehow is linked too.

I dont want to give too much away but this paranormal cop thriller could of been much, much better. The movie leaves you with many questions that go unanswered, which leads to frustation, which doesnt help by the wa the movie ends.

All actors play there part well, they have done there job. Too bad the script could of been more developed, but its still worth watching
