Summary: Average "young Triad" movie
A young man named Bee (To Tai-Wai) joins the Triads after his brother Fifteen (Anthony Wong) is sent to prison. Bee quickly rises up the ranks, but it comes at the cost of alienating his friends and family.

This movie tries to be a grittier version of the "goo wak jai" (young Triads) films that were popular at the time, like the Young and Dangerous series. It doesn't manage to do that, mostly due to To Tai-Wai's poor acting, Kenneth Lau's lackluster direction, and a script that does all the moves of the Triad movie playbook.
