Hero, whose eyebrows allow him to see ghosts, drives a bus populated with with the victims of a bus crash. One ghost, Ling Ling, asks him to help her reunite with petty thief Michael (still alive). Through flashbacks we find out Ling and Michael's story. The film is half horror, half starcrossed romance, and wholly unfulfilling.
