Disappointing movie with Samo Hung and Yuen Biao engaging in a lotof meaningless slapstick around a police station. An attempt at a plot is thrown during the last twenty minutes of the film at least providing some interesting fights. However, it also produces one of the more offensive scenes regarding African-Americans I have seen. Even the Chinatown audience I saw it with was groaning.
