Anthony Wong is an HK policeman going over the border to workwith People's Republic cops to beat a crime gang. This movie has a surprisingly positive message for 1997. The only other Kirk Wong film I've seen was "Organised Crime..." and Rock'n'roll Cop has much more comedy. I found Rock n Roll Cop pretty enjoyable if that counts for anything?!
