I think the word "Idiotic" sums this film up.

Chez 'n' Ham are two former prisoners who have to kill Joey Wong, a rich, sweet, can't-do-anything-wrong woman. There are stupid, brainless jokes in this. While not a total waste of film, it's certainly a waste of time.
