A film that is much better than it sounds. It sounds like a gangster film, but it's actually about news reporters. It is a comedy, but some of it is not funny, but stupid. Andy Lau plays 'Turbo' who is a photographer who doesn't care about the situations that he takes photos of, as long as he gets paid. Kit (Miu Kiu) is a more serious reporter, and finally Wilson Lam plays 'Chung' who is learning his way in the media world.

Although not the greatest film ever made, it is quite good, a fresh look at Cantonese cinema in the late eighties. It is very hard to track down though, I have never found the VCD.
