James (Frankie Chan) and Bond (Max Mok) (SNORE!!!) are criminals, whos forte is stealing sports cars. They are highly wanted by the police but join up with them in order to catch a rival gang who is wanted even more. So they team up with Tanguila (Yukari Oshima), an undercover cop who's been watching the gang for sometime. Sounds interesting? Thought not, well that's how it goes down, and not a lot else happens in the police/comedy. Still, it's entertaining for sure, and doesn't get boring, but for a film it's not the best production put together.
