Another tale of gangs in suits shooting and growling at each other. Asian Trash Cinema gives this one a good review, describing it as the ultimate bullet ballet. The lack of subtitles might have been a factor, but I couldn't follow the detail of who was against who and why. There are a lot of characters and the viewpoint changed often. The main problem is the lack of action ! I watched the first 45 minutes, much of it through fast-forward, and there were only a couple of brief gun battles, padded out by tons of talking and smouldering glares. I gave up after that. Another example of a great cast wasted.
